Cucumber, melon & watermelon salad

This recipe yields 4 servings!
Ingredients
4 cups (total) mixed Natsu Cocoa Watermelon, Lambkin Melon (or cantaloupe), Golden Giant Melon (or honeydew)
2 cups Suyo Long (or Asian) diced cucumber, seeded if any
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Aleppo pepper or mild chili powder (to taste) or 1 chile (serrano) minced
1 teaspoon lemon or lime zest
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
1 oz crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
Salt to taste
Step 1: Combine melons (not watermelon yet) along with all of the other ingredients into a large bowl and toss.
Step 2: Add watermelon and gently fold without crushing the watermelon into the bowl.
Bonus Step: Top your bowl with another fresh squeeze of lemon/lime juice and flaky sea salt (Maldon is my favorite).
